The riad provided excellent facilities and amenities for guests with disabilities.
Felt like a home away from home, with exceptional service.

Riad is easy to find being near the edge of the medina. It is down an alley which is lit at night. You can walk to the main square in about 25 minutes. The breakfast was good and the personal service from the staff was excellent. It felt like you were part of the family.

Excellent breakfast, very kind and attentive staff, tastefully arranged and romantic rooms, quiet oasis in restkess Marrakech
From about 6.00 in the morning on the breakfast is prepared and the tables are set. And although staff tries to be quiet, it woke us up in the Jade room. The Riad is at the edge of the Medina but this turned out to be an advantage because it was quite easy to find our way back. Still I would recommend to ask the hotel for a pick up at the airport since this Riad is somewhat hidden in a small alley.

Had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. Loved the fact that they offered a free cooking lesson and arranged a reasonably priced day trip. Great location, only a short walk to the main tourist attractions. The food was delicious and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable and the hairdryer didn't work properly, but these were just minor issues. the experience was fantastic and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Quiet and away froLm hustle and bustle of Marrakech
Very little communication due to lack of English. Lack of guest fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities. Shower temperature very difficult to regulate.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was helpful with the different activities to do around the city. The location was great, close to the main attractions but not too noisy. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
Our room was poorly lit and lacked any windows which made it difficult to get some natural light. The bathroom was also quite small and cramped.

Pretty interiors inside the room and in the lounge. The breakfast was nice.
I would not recommend walking back to the riad from the JEF. It was such a long way..

We loved the hotel's location, just next to the city wall and so close to the Medina center. We also appreciated how the hotel was situated in a quiet neighborhood and not in a very heavily touristed area. The breakfast served every morning was fantastic and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
Everything is what we need and want.

It was very convienient to get into the Medina & Souks of old town Marrakech
Getting too & from the hotel through the side streets could feel a bit intimidating at night

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Marrakech. the location was fantastic - tucked away down a quiet alleyway in a local part of town, yet still close to the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a good shower and all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and set me up for the day.
Nothing to complain about - everything was great!

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the medina, this place can be a little tricky to find due to the lack of outside signage, but it's still within easy walking distance to all the attractions down the maze-like streets of the Old Medina.
The hotel's Wi-Fi connection may be temperamental at times, but this doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of the City
We had an amazing stay at a beautiful riad, tucked away in a charming neighborhood. The chef catered to my vegan diet with a variety of delicious dishes. The staff, especially César, were so kind and professional, making us feel right at home. Despite the lively evenings, we slept soundly. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful and unforgettable experience.
